Its majority shares are owned by an individual from Malaysia, named Mr Jaya Sharma who is also the primary founder of Shogun Steels Export Global. Currently, the group operates in Malaysia and Japan, with headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and employs nearly 100 people across permanent and contractual roles.
